Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Appointments

All training sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is due at or before the scheduled session unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Private Lesson Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson.

• 24 hours or more: Cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Less than 24 hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled lesson price may apply.
• No-shows: The full lesson price may be charged, or a prepaid lesson may be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened session. Sessions generally end at their originally scheduled time.

Board & Train Reservations

A reservation deposit of 25% of the program price is required to secure a Board & Train reservation. This deposit is applied toward the total program cost.

• 7 days or more before drop-off: Deposits may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled stay.
• Less than 7 days before drop-off: The reservation deposit is non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed upon.
• Remaining balance: Due by the scheduled drop-off date.

Cancellations after a Board & Train program begins, including refunds for services not yet provided, will be addressed according to the signed training agreement and applicable law.

Emergencies and Severe Weather

We understand unexpected circumstances happen. Emergencies, illness, and unsafe weather conditions will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to reschedule training when necessary for the safety of people or dogs, without penalizing clients for a cancellation we initiate.

Training Packages

Lessons purchased as part of a package must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation rules apply to individual sessions within a package. Any refund of unused package sessions will follow the package agreement and applicable law.
